View all badgesTo earn this badge you will need to work through the Values and Behaviours section of the NISCC Domiciliary Care Toolkit App with your manager/supervisor and complete the following tasks:
- Read the Values in Practice section and select the top 10 values that are important to you in your work.
- Read the Person Centred Practice section, think about the case studies (George, Margaret and James) and answer the question about whether the case study demonstrates person centred care.
- Read about the two values Respect and Dignity and watch the SCIE dignity in care videos.
- Read the NISCC Standards of Conduct and Practice section and some of the standards that help you to consider the values of dignity, respect and person centred care.
To gain this badge this form needs to be completed by you and your manager.
