- Tell us three things you learned about the impact of caring on unpaid carers and why this is important to you (150 words minimum).
- Tell us why it is important to include unpaid carers (75 words minimum).
- Tell us about one thing you will do more of or differently to support including unpaid carers in your practice (50 words minimum).
- Speak with your line manager or colleague to discuss your organisations inclusion of unpaid carers.
- Please attach your pre-post self assessment.
We will decline applications that do not provide enough evidence showing how you have met all these criteria.
