Participants at the event will find out about:
- the opportunities for Open Badges, where you might use them and why
- the websites and software that allow you to issue Open Badges
- tips for a successful Open Badges programme.
Part of Workforce Scotland’s Fire Starter Festival, the event is a collaboration between the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and We Are Snook that is aimed towards increasing the use of Open Badges within Scotland.
To earn this Open Badge you will need to:
- register to attend the event or livestream
- either attend the event on 23 January 2017 and sign the attendance register or join the livestream and provide your email address when joining.
None. This badge does not require you to hold any other badges.
You do not need to provide any evidence for this badge. However, you will need to sign the attendance register and provide a valid email address when registering to receive your badge. Attendance will be confirmed by the SSSC Digital Learning Team and your badge issued following the event.
