Adult Support and Protection – Reflector (Silver)
This Open Badge is awarded to people who attend the learning session facilitated by the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership Learning and Development team on “Basic Awareness – Adult Support and Protection” and reflect on what they have learnt from the session.
Basic Awareness – Adult Support and Protection supports learners to understand what adult support and protection is, how to recognise harm, and to be clearer about their own role and responsibilities in recognising and responding to concerns. The session will also enhance knowledge and familiarisation with ‘Perth and Kinross Multi-Agency Guidelines’.
By engaging with this learning session individuals will increase their confidence and ability to recognise and refer appropriately.
To earn this badge you must:
- Attend a Basic Awareness – Adult Support and Protection learning session and provide us with the date and place of your attendance (3 ½ hours)
- Tell us what you learned from the session, which parts you found most useful and why (around 150 words)
There are no prerequisities, but you may already hold the bronze badge
You will need to provide answers to the questions set out in the criteria as evidence for this Open Badge. Please include the date and place of the session you attended in your evidence.
You can use the information and activities you participated in during the session to evidence your learning in any way that is appropriate and helpful for you to answer the criteria. You can also submit any other evidence of learning which can include a 1 minute video, podcast or a visual representation of your learning.
We will decline applications for this badge that don’t demonstrate all of the points from the criteria.
